The Secrets and Truths Nobody Ever tells AE-FUNAI Aspirants

Hope you are ready to hear the truth?

The plain truth is that admission will most likely be relatively harder this year than other years so you need to “DOUBLE YOUR HUSTLE”.

Considering the reassignment of candidates admitted into most professional courses in the last admission exercise due to JAMB regulation on the standard quota (carrying capacity benchmark) for these courses, this year may not record an overflow or excess admission as the school will want to do everything possible to avoid a repeat of what happened last year, which resulted in the name of the school being dragged on blogs and social media. So expect admission in most professional courses to be more strict and tight than it used to be.

If you are an applicant of courses like Medicine and Surgery, Dentistry, Law, Pharmacy, Nursing…. I beg you in the name of God to double your hustle.

For those recently admitted – See how to use the school portal here >>> https://funaiwhistle.com/2022/01/aefunai-student-portal-process-flow-how.html

Since we have agreed to tell ourselves the naked truth, let me be blunt with you here. On a normal day, I see no reason why any candidate with a UTME score below 250 will continue to apply (without quickly buying change of course form) for any of the courses I just mentioned above [especially Medicine and Surgery] except you have a very golden lit, or the immunity from the powers that be😇 or your state of origin, whether real or fabricated, falls within the concentrated core of ELDS far away North.

Some of the above-mentioned professional courses have a carrying capacity of 150. This means that if the admission policy and guidelines are strictly adhered (which, from all indications, would be), the courses will admit roughly 150 students. Meanwhile, we see that in most years, over 5 to 10 thousand candidates apply to these courses. If there are, say, 5000 applications for your prospective course and they are to admit 150, will your name be on the list? Alex Ekwueme Federal University (AE-FUNAI) uses aggregate score as a major yardstick for admission. Sometimes, they do it 50:50. At other times, they do 60% jamb and 40% Post UTME.

Courses like Medicine and Surgery have the habit of placing their cut-off mark as high as 320 (aggregate).

What is your JAMB score? What do you need to score in Post-UTME hit such a high aggregate?

If you do the math, you will come to the realization that you need to double your hustle. Read, read and read. Just up your game. Smash your AE-FUNAI Post-UTME!

The essence of this post is not to bring down your spirit or to discourage you; the goal is to condition your mind to get ready and make multiple plans so that you don’t get surprised by this wonderful school.

If you have the right information and orientation as we always try to give you on this website, you will certainly know and decide the strategies to put in place as and when due to ensure that you emerge victorious in your admission search. But if you don’t know, you are likely to, out of desperation, fall into the hands of fraudsters.

Some of you reading this are supposed to have changed your course to something that is less competitive and started from there to find your way. Some of you don’t know that you can buy Change of Degree Program Form and change back to your dream professional course.

By the way, no course is unprofessional, you make out the professionalism from your course.
